Say hello to our new General Manager, Charlotte Gardiner. Joining us in January 2026, Charlotte brings a wealth of knowledge from over 16 years at the sharp end of the automotive sector. Having worked with global giants such as Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW, she understands the important of a seamless fleet.
Most recently, she led new car sales operations for Sytner Jaguar Land rover Huddersfield. Her track record in building high-performing teams and growing successful fleet departments from the ground up makes her the ideal leader to help our clients navigate the evolving UK vehicle market.
Charlotte's approach to our leasing division is centered on high-performing teams and exceptional customer outcomes. As the head of our leasing division, her focus is clear:
