Status

To proceed with brokering a vehicle contract hire / consumer credit finance request, we are obliged to bring the following information to your attention:

We are AMT Specialist Cars Limited T/A AMT Auto, and our registered office address is:  4 Bingley Street, Leeds, LS3 1LX

AMT Specialist Cars Limited T/A AMT Auto is an appointed representative of ITC Compliance which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (their registration number is 313486). Permitted activities include acting as a credit broker not a lender.

We are a member of the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association and abide by their Code of Conduct.

Administration fee

We charge a processing fee of £239 for our Brokering Services. This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable, via credit/debit card or bank transfer, once finance approval has been received and on signing of the order form.

Cancellation charges

If you cancel the Order, any vehicle processing fee paid will not qualify for a refund if credit has been secured with a finance company, matching the terms of the Order. If you are a regulated 
customer (e.g., you are a private individual, a sole trader, or a partnership with up to 3 partners) and choose to cancel your vehicle order, you will be liable for the costs of any service delivered 
which will be equal to £500 (+VAT).

Please note, this policy is for the cancellation of brokerage services provided by AMT Auto does not relate to your cancellation rights with the finance provider. Payment of the cancellation fee can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer
